To begin the return process, you can use our Returns Center.
Please include your Name and Order Number in your package so we may verify your return. Make sure to use our pre-paid return label so we can track your return. We're unable to reimburse costs incurred for returns using labels other than our own.
Please arrange to send your return package within one week of receiving the pre-paid return label. If we do not see tracking updates on your return package within 7 days, your return request will only be eligible for a partial refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s). The customer is responsible for ensuring we receive their returned item(s). We can only fulfill return requests where the returned item(s) is successfully received and approved for a refund. If your returned item(s) is not received, the order is no longer eligible for a refund.
If your refund is approved, a credit for the cost of the items will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within one week of us receiving your package. We will retain shipping costs to cover restocking fees.
