☆ I forgot to apply a coupon code. Can I still get the discount?

Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively apply coupon codes or discounts once a transaction is complete. All discounts must be applied at the checkout page.

☆ Can you add a personal note to my order?

Items are prepackaged in batches and sealed in order to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests to add personal notes at this time.

☆ Can I add an item to my order? / Can I combine orders?

We're unable to add items to an order after checkout.

If you have already received tracking information for your order, that means your order has already shipped and we're unable to change the items included in the package.

If you have not received tracking information, we MAY be able to cancel your original order so you can place a separate order with the correct items. Email care@lavendaire.com with your order number, name used to place your order, and "Cancel Order" in the subject line. We'll try our best to see if we can cancel the order in time.

☆ Can I change my delivery address? / I made a mistake on my delivery address.

If a package is lost or not received due to a customer error at checkout, we may charge additional shipping costs to send a replacement package. Please proofread your address details thoroughly before placing your order.

If you have already received tracking information for your order, we're unable to change your delivery address.

If you have not received tracking information yet, we MAY be able to change your delivery address. Please email care@lavendaire.com as soon as possible with "Change Address" in the subject line, including the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Name used to place your order
  • FULL address you'd like to change your order details to (Name, Street Address, Unit Number, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Country)

We will try our best to update your address details. If we fail to receive full and accurate address information before your order ships, your order will be delivered to the original address provided at checkout.

Yes, we ship internationally. All prices appearing on this website are in US Dollars.

Please note that orders to the following regions may be at risk of getting lost and may take extended delivery times due to shipping logistics: United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Hong Kong, The Philippines, Sweden, Indonesia

International orders are subject to processing at customs. We're unable to expedite a package held in customs. Processing times vary by country.

Your address must be provided in English alphabet characters at checkout. Addresses provided in non-English alphabet characters risk delayed shipment while we contact you to translate your address OR failed delivery.

☆ How much is shipping?

You can use the shipping calculator in the Cart to check your shipping cost before purchasing. Costs are calculated by weight and destination country.

Free shipping applies to orders totaling $70+ in the US only.

☆ I live outside of the US. Do I have to pay any extra fees?

Certain countries may charge you an additional customs fee to receive your package, and you would be responsible for addressing these fees. We cannot adjust or reimburse these charges to you. Fees vary by country.

☆ How long does shipping take?

Orders require up to 1 full business day for processing, then the delivery estimates (listed below) apply. We ship from California via USPS/FedEx during Pacific time zone business days: Monday-Friday. 

If your order has already shipped, we're unable to change the items, cancel the order, or change the package's destination.

Shipping time estimates:
  • California: 2-7 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)
  • US (MID/WEST): 2-7 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)
  • US (EAST): 2-7 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)
  • North America: 7-21 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)
  • South America: 7-21 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)
  • Europe/Asia: 7-21 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)
  • Australia/NZ: 7-21 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)
  • Africa: 7-21 business days (+ 1 business day for processing)

"Business days" includes the period between 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri in the Pacific time zone. This excludes weekends and national US holidays that may limit activity of postal or carrier service.

☆ When will my order arrive?

Once available, an estimated delivery date will be provided through your tracking number. This estimate is provided by the carrier and is subject to change.

If your order has already shipped, we're unable to cancel it or change its destination.

☆ My order arrived defective. What do I do?

Email care@lavendaire.com with "Defect" in the subject line. Please include: your order number, name used to place your order, and photos of the defect(s). If multiple items are defective, also include ONE photo displaying all affected items.

☆ The wrong order arrived. What do I do?

Email care@lavendaire.com with "Wrong Order" in the subject line. Please include: your order number, name used to place your order, and ONE photo including the item(s) received - all items shown in one photo.
